The terms of this agreement (“Terms of Service”) govern the relationship between the end-user (further reffered to as “you”) and the developer Vanja Milanovic and its affiliates (further reffered to as “Vanja Milanovic” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of our games, apps, and related services (the “Services”). This agreement should be read before using our Services. By clicking on “Continue” or “I agree” you agree to these terms and conditions of use and use of our subscription services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms of service, then you must cancel your subscription immediately.

Vanja Milanovic subscription service (further reffered to as Vanja Milanovic Services) provides Content to its customers worldwide. The Content (defined below) of Vanja Milanovic Services is accessible via a mobile app for use on compatible devices (the “App”). Vanja Milanovic Services may also include or offer other products and/or services that may be added by Vanja Milanovic from time to time. For the purposes of these Vanja Milanovic Terms of Service, “Content” shall mean all audio, video, images, text and other content and experiences made available to Vanja Milanovic Services customers.

Vanja Milanovic Services Overview

Vanja Milanovic Services is an automatically renewing subscription-based service that allows customers to access selected Content through the App. Vanja Milanovic Services are updated regularly to add additional Content. Vanja Milanovic Services is offered at three membership tiers: Weekly, Monthly and Annual. Subscription fees are displayed in Vanja Milanovic Apps where applicable.

Auto-Renewal & Subscription Features

Upon expiration of the initial subscription term of your membership, your membership will automatically renew for the same duration as the initial subscription term (e.g., one week, one month, one year, or any other term then-offered by Vanja Milanovic).

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Vanja Milanovic Services may offer a free trial or discounted promotional subscription period at the start of a regular subscription. The duration of the free or discounted period will be highlighted to the customer prior to purchasing the regular subscription. After the free trial or discounted promotional subscription period, the customer will be charged automatically for the original subscription.

We reserve the right to vary the pricing for the Vanja Milanovic Services or any part of the services we make available to you in any manner. Should the prices of our Services be increased, you will be prompted to review and agree to the new price, otherwise the auto-renewal feature will be disabled.

Cancelling the Subscription Period

You have the right to cancel your subscription at the Vanja Milanovic Services at any time, which takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have subscription access to Content and be charged through the end of your subscription term, at which time you will not be billed again.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing period. If you cancel your subscription during a free trial or discounted promotional subscription, in accordance with the terms, then you will not be charged a subscription fee, and you will lose your access to the Vanja Milanovic Services upon the expiry of your trial or discounted promotional subscription.

Vanja Milanovic Service Discontinuation

If we decide to discontinue the Vanja Milanovic Services, you will be given at least fifteen (15) calendar days’ prior notice. In the event that we change or discontinue any part of the Vanja Milanovic Services, you acknowledge that you may no longer be able to access Content to the same extent, or at all, as you may have done prior to the change or discontinuation. In no event will we be liable in any way for the discontinuation of the Vanja Milanovic Services, the removal of or disabling of access to the Vanja Milanovic Services or other materials or for the withdrawal of any Content. Your sole remedy in the event of discontinuation of the Vanja Milanovic Services is to cancel your subscription.

Changes to The Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove parts of these Terms and our Privacy Policy at any time. Any significant change will be effective thirty (30) days after Vanja Milanovic sends an in-app message or notification to the customer. Other changes will be effective immediately after Vanja Milanovic sends an in-app message or notification to the customer. The most current version of the Terms of Service will be available via the App. If you continue to use the Vanja Milanovic Services, this constitutes your acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree to to any of the changes and the Terms of Service or the Vanja MilanovicPrivacy Policy at any point, you must cancel your Vanja Milanovic Services subscription, your licence to use our Services shall be terminated immediately, and you must stop using our Services immediately.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Access the Vanja Milanovic Services by any means other than through the authorized App, make improper use of the Vanja Milanovic Services, or engage in any kind of act that might be in conflict with the intent of the Services;
• Use any kind of unauthorized third-party software in order to modify or interfere with the Services;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of the Vanja Milanovic Service, other Website services, accounts, computer systems or networks connected to Vanja Milanovic through hacking, password mining or any other means.
• Become involved in any act that might disrupt the Services in any way, or interfere with any other person’s use of the Services including, but not limited to, distribution of a virus or transmition of corrupted data;
• Copy, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, otherwise attempt to discover the source code, distribute, transmit, display, perform, create a database in electronic or structured form by systematically and/or regularly downloading, caching or storing all or any of the Content and/or App, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or in any other way commercially exploit any information, software, products, Content or services obtained through the Vanja Milanovic Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Be involved or assist any other person to circumvent or modify, any security, technology, device, or software that is part of the Service;
• Transmit any message, information, data, text, software or image, or other content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable which may infringe upon another’s right of privacy or publicity;
• Impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation, a Vanja Milanovic official, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with such a person or entity;
• Register, subscribe, attempt to register, attempt to subscribe, unsubscribe, or attempt to unsubscribe, any party for any Vanja Milanovic product or service if you are not expressly authorized by such party to do so;
• Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels that you upload to any communication feature;
• Solicit or attempt to solicit personal information from other users of the Service or any Vanja Milanovic game or collect or post anyone’s private information, including personally identifiable information (whether in text, image or video form), identification documents, or financial information through the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, state, provincial, national or international law;
• Manipulate or otherwise display the Service by using framing or similar navigational technology;

We reserve the right to determine what conduct is consideed to be in violation of the rules of use or otherwise outside the intent or spirit of these Terms of Service or the Service itself. We also reserve the right to take action as a result, which may include prohibiting you from using the Service in whole or in part.

You may not use the Vanja Milanovic Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair Vanja Milanovic’s servers or networks, or interfere with any other user’s use and enjoyment of the Vanja Milanovic Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Vanja Milanovic harmless from any claim, demand, damages or other losses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third-party resulting from or arising out of your use of the Services, or any breach by you of these Terms of Service, however the foregoing does not apply if the infringement of rights is not attributable to your intentional or negligent behavior.
